How to search
Use company search with jurisdictionCode: "rs". Pass a name as companyName or a registration number as companyNumber. companyNumber is read as registrationNumber.

Search notes
- Search by company name or MB uses APR’s monthly company snapshot. The source date in each report identifies the published cutoff; newly registered companies and later changes can be absent until a subsequent release.
Company identifiers
A registration number sent as companyNumber is matched against the searchable schemes below; you do not name the scheme. All of them can appear in a company’s identifiers.

Identifier notes
- Matični broj (MB) is an eight-digit company registration number. Keep leading zeros. PIB is a separate nine-digit tax number and is not included in the APR monthly company feed.

Gotchas

| Basic company data | Reports include the registered municipality, rather than a complete street address. Tax numbers, officers, owners and capital are not part of this source. |
| Coverage | The snapshot covers registered companies, including those in bankruptcy or liquidation, but excludes entrepreneurs and struck-off entities. A previously observed company may retain an older source cutoff after it disappears from a later release. |
| Bankruptcy documents | Document listing and retrieval cover published ALSU bankruptcy-case filings and quarterly administrator reports. Select a document ID from the listing. These are original source PDFs, not APR register extracts, annual financial statements or UBO certificates. Only companies with a published ALSU case have documents; the agency does not guarantee completeness or freshness. Unknown publication dates remain empty. |
