How to search
Use company search with jurisdictionCode: "be". Pass a name as companyName or a registration number as companyNumber. Both are matched against the same field here.

Company identifiers
A registration number sent as companyNumber is matched against the searchable schemes below; you do not name the scheme. All of them can appear in a company’s identifiers.

Identifier notes
- An enterprise number is officially written as 10 digits grouped 0XXX.XXX.XXX, and sometimes as 9 digits without the leading zero. Restore the zero before comparing.
- An establishment number is grouped N.NNN.NNN.NNN and always starts with a digit 2-9. It identifies one physical branch or place of business and appears on the company's branch/establishment entries, not as an identifier of the company.

| Belgian Annual Accounts (NBB) Official annual accounts PDF as filed with the National Bank of Belgium's Central Balance Sheet Office (NBB CBSO). Includes balance sheet, P&L, notes, auditor's report, social balance sheet, and — for full-format filers — the shareholder-structure note 5.7 (Staat van het kapitaal en de aandeelhoudersstructuur). Order a document by its shortcut, for example annual_accounts. The other filings differ per company: call list documents first and order the ID it returns.

| Corporate officers and their permanent representatives | When a director, manager or liquidator is a company, the entry carries its enterprise number, and its name and kausateId when the company can be matched — otherwise the name is blank. The person who acts for it (the permanent representative, 'vaste vertegenwoordiger') is a separate entry of type person whose company field names the company they act for. |
| Mergers, splits and foreign branches | A company absorbed or split into another appears under legalPredecessors or legalSuccessors, with the register's own wording in details. The other company is given by enterprise number, with its name and kausateId when it can be matched — an absorbed company usually has neither. A foreign entity's Belgian branch is listed under branches with its address and status. |
| NACE-BEL, not NACE | Activity codes are native NACE-BEL (5 or 7 digits), not 4-digit NACE. NACE Rev. 2 and ISIC Rev. 4 codes are derived by truncation, and several NACE-BEL codes can collapse onto one. Filter by classification scheme. |
