Company data here comes directly from Juridinių asmenų registras.
What you can call here
What each operation does is the same everywhere and is explained on the jurisdictions overview.

How to search
Start with company search and jurisdictionCode: "lt". Pass the name as companyName, a registration number as companyNumber, or both to narrow the result. Here companyNumber is read as registrationNumber.
Fields
To say exactly what you mean, send an advancedQuery instead. Lithuania understands these fields:
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
name | Company name to search for. |
registrationNumber | Lithuanian JAR registration number (7-9 digit numeric code). |
Examples
{ "jurisdictionCode": "lt", "advancedQuery": { "registrationNumber": "302767152" }}Company identifiers
Search by passing the registration number as companyNumber — it is matched against the schemes this register can search on, so you do not name the scheme yourself. Not every scheme below is searchable; the rest label the values returned in a company’s identifiers.
| Identifier | Appears as | Format |
|---|---|---|
| Lithuania Registration Number Lithuanian JAR company registration number (7-9 digit numeric code) | lt_registration_number | ^\d{7,9}$ |
| BOL Collective Investment Undertaking Code | lt_bol_collective_investment_undertaking_code | No fixed format |
Documents you can order
Nothing can be ordered in Lithuania yet. These are the documents the register will expose once they are live.

Local notes
Gotchas
| Trap | What happens |
|---|---|
| No registered address | Company reports never include a registered business address — the field is always empty. |
| Two statements per year | A company in a corporate group can have two financial statements per fiscal year — standalone and consolidated. They aren't duplicates; check each statement's metadata or you'll double-count. |
| Non-profit income is not sales | For non-profit-shaped entities — associations, charities, membership organisations — total operating income can be mostly donations, grants and membership fees rather than sales. It differs from revenue, and a filer can report both for the same period. |
Glossary
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
UAB | Private Limited Liability Company — Lithuania's standard form for a privately held limited company. |
AB | Public Limited Liability Company — Lithuania's joint-stock company form. |
MB (Mažoji bendrija) | Small Partnership — a lightweight Lithuanian form for small businesses. Despite the English name it is classified as a limited liability company rather than a partnership; Lithuania's actual general partnership is a separate form. |
VšĮ (Viešoji įstaiga) | Public Institution — Lithuania's non-profit form, for organisations that do not distribute profit. |
