How to search
Start with company search and jurisdictionCode: "ua". Pass the name as companyName. Ukraine takes no other search criteria.

Company identifiers
Ukraine has no number-based search: find a company by name, then use the kausateId search returns. These schemes label the values that come back in a company’s identifiers.

Identifier notes
- A bare numeric search is checked against two identifier fields at once — the EDRPOU enterprise code and the EDR record number, which isn't limited to 8 digits either. If an 8-digit query happens to match one company's EDRPOU and a different company's EDR record, both come back together in the same result set. Compare each result's identifiers to the number you searched to see which one actually matched.
- A small number of EDRPOU codes are shared between an unrelated Ukrainian legal entity and a foreign company's Ukrainian subdivision. Looking one of these up returns both companies, with the subdivision listed first — its legal form reads as a subdivision of a foreign parent, so use that field to tell the two apart rather than assuming a single match.
- When searching by a sole proprietor's EDR record number, an optional 'FOP-' prefix (e.g. 'FOP-14426646') is accepted and resolves the same as the bare number.

Laid out like the register's own витяг — general details (legal name, legal form, ЄДРПОУ and EDR record number, status, registration date and entry number, share capital), management and signatories, and founders with their contributions and shares — in Ukrainian, with the English normalisation alongside each value that has one. This is an unofficial Kausate-generated extract, not the official витяг з ЄДР: that document is only issuable through the Ministry of Justice cabinet behind Ukrainian eID, and the PDF says so in its title, page margins and footer. Known gaps versus the official витяг, which the document also states: the EDR open data carries no registered address and no KVED activity codes, ownership percentages are derived from the nominal contribution because the register publishes no percentage, and it can lag the live register by roughly four to six weeks. | register_extract | Live |

Gotchas

| Inconsistent capital drops the percentage | An LLC's founder contribution and total registered capital are recorded independently and can be inconsistent — when their ratio falls outside 0-100%, only the raw contribution amount is returned, no percentage. |
