Gotchas
| Topic | Details |
|---|---|
| Taxpayer coverage | Hacienda covers taxpayers, rather than every entity in Registro Nacional. No match means no taxpayer record was found; it does not establish that the entity does not exist. |
| Tax status | Inscrito and Inscrito de Oficio are active tax registrations. Desinscrito and Persona jurídica inactiva are inactive tax states, not proof of corporate dissolution. |
| Report fields | Reports include taxpayer name, cédula, tax status, legal form and registered activities. Tax regime, arrears and missing-return flags, tax office and warning text are omitted because the existing report schema has no suitable fields. This source does not publish company addresses, representatives or incorporation dates. |
| Mixed activity codes | Native activity codes retain a null scheme and the Hacienda source; they include both older six-digit codes and newer decimal subclasses. Code 960113 describes a legally constituted entity; it is not a specific economic activity. |
