Finland's company registration is managed by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (Patentti- ja rekisterihallitus, PRH). The PRH maintains the Finnish Trade Register and ensures transparency, legal compliance, and public access to business information.

Finnish companies are identified by their Business ID (Y-tunnus):
