Fields

To say exactly what you mean, send an advancedQuery instead. Israel understands these fields:

nameCompany name to search for (Hebrew or English).
companyNumberIsraeli company registration number (9 digits).

Company identifiers

Search by passing the registration number as companyNumber — it is matched against the schemes this register can search on, so you do not name the scheme yourself. Not every scheme below is searchable; the rest label the values returned in a company’s identifiers.

Identifier notes

  • Israeli company numbers are canonically 9 digits. If you have or receive a shorter numeric value for the same company — for example one with a leading zero stripped by another system — normalize it the same way we do: left-pad with zeros to 9 digits ("13695478" becomes "013695478") before comparing or looking it up.

TermMeaning

פעילה/בפירוקActive/in liquidation — the company is still formally on the register as active, but liquidation proceedings have already begun. Treated as closing rather than active here, despite the Hebrew text containing the word for "active".
בפרוק מרצוןVoluntary liquidation — winding-up initiated by the company's own shareholders or members, still in progress.
בפרוק ע״י בימ״שIn liquidation by court order — a court has ordered the company wound up, and liquidation is still in progress.
מחוקהStruck off — removed from the register; the company no longer exists as a legal entity.
מחוסלת מרצוןVoluntarily liquidated — a shareholder-initiated winding-up has completed.
חיסול ע״י בימ״שLiquidated by court order — a court-ordered winding-up has completed.
מחוסלת עקב מיזוגDissolved through merger — the company ceased to exist because it merged into another company, not through liquidation.
